Really pleased with the quality service from Zak and James and team for fitting new door and windows recently - explained things very clearly and cleaned up after fitting. Would recommend

Absolutely amazing experience with Secura Windows from start to finish!
First, you’ll meet Zak — such a nice, friendly and genuine person. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared with other companies that would have charged me wayyy too much! Everything was explained clearly and done properly, and you definitely feel like you’re in safe hands.
The transformation is honestly incredible — from old to new, what a difference! (See the photos 📸)
James and his colleague (I’m so sorry, I’ve forgotten his name!) were professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have around. They replaced two windows and one door in a day and were incredibly efficient and fast, while still making sure everything was done correctly.
I’m genuinely so happy with the finished result. I’ll definitely be getting back in touch with Secura Windows, as I still have more windows that need swapping over!
Until next time! 😊 Highly recommended!

I’m genuinely so happy I chose Secura Windows. James, Lee and Ty were fantastic from start to finish — very, very hardworking, friendly and incredibly attentive to every detail. They took real pride in the installation, and it showed. All the old windows and materials were removed, everything was left spotless, and there was barely anything for me to touch up afterwards.
Changing my windows was a huge decision for me, and I’m so glad I trusted Secura with it. The team made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and I felt completely confident in their hands throughout.
I’d recommend Secura Windows without hesitation. They did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. House feels totally transformed! Thank you

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish, they were extremely reliable, professional and communicative, keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
The guys who fitted my new bathroom window were absolutely amazing, so friendly, polite and humble, and they made sure everything was done exactly as I requested. The quality of the work is excellent, and I’m genuinely so pleased with the result.
What impressed me even more was how clean and tidy they were. They left my house cleaner than it was before they arrived!
Fantastic workmanship, excellent communication and genuinely lovely people to deal with. I would 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much for such an amazing job!

James and his team came early one morning, finished replacing 3 windows (one a very wide bay) in the one day and did a very neat job at a reasonable price. Love the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Secura to anyone.

James and the team did an excellent job with our front bay windows. The bay had been in a terrible state with structural issues. They replaced both windows and repaired the bay - definitely know what they're doing with a complex job and similar price to other quotes. Thank you!

One last bit of work outstanding because of order/delivery dates, but have to say James, Lee and Tyrece were brilliant. Professional, just grafting and getting it all done in good time but friendly, and worked with integrity where questions came up about how to resolve previous poor quality work. Will definitely be calling them again when we are ready to change our patio doors and a last window which is newer than the others that were 20+ years old needing Lintels and lots of brickwork sorting.
Thank you Secura!

Very pleased with the 3 windows fitted by Secura.Everything went perfect.Would definitely recommend both on price and quality.

Excellent window fitting. Very happy

They look great! Would use Secura again in a heartbeat. Good prices, accurate quotes, smooth communication, and speedy and tidy work.

Very happy with service throughout. We were never under any pressure to buy. The fitted windows look great and match our specification agreed with James. The installers worked very hard on site to complete the job with minimal disruption and mess. Alison, Wilford, Nottingham

Excellent and friendly service all around. The quote was given without any pushy sales tactics at a fair price. Everything was organised smoothly and reliably. On the day of the fitting, they did a fantastic job with the windows and the door. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Zak, James, Lee and Ty.

Zak from 1st visit to quote and scope works was excellent once order was placed he gave me install dates and kept me informed along the way when install date arrived
James ,Lee and the young apprentice did an excellent job installing 2 bay windows ,6 no windows and 3 no door assembly units with side panels .they were very conscientious with the work .and did a excellent job of the install ,they tidied up and took all the rubbish away excellently at the end of each days work I would have no hesitation in recommending Secura windows for any other works people may require.

Many thanks to James, Lee and Tyreece at Secura Windows for the brilliant fitting of my doors and window. This wasn’t an easy job in our higgeldy-piggeldy, 1904 terraced house. The new front door is very smart and was finished to a high standard, inside and out. It’s cheered my front room up no end too. The back door and window again were fitted to a high standard with additional tricky building and brickwork. We can finally get back out into the garden easily. The dog is especially pleased! I would totally recommend using this company. Zak was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He gave us a reasonable quote without being pushy. The work was even brought forward which helped our family out immensely.
Thank you again.

Poorly fitted windows, originally installed by safe style, were letting in cold and draughts, Secura windows changed all that, windows now fit perfectly and no more problems, very happy with the job 5 windows and a bay installed, staff very friendly and efficient, some terrible singing but I’ll let that pass lol, would highly recommend.. thanks a lot gents for a great job.

Very good company. No time wasted with sales rubbish. Zak came out and asked me what I wanted and measured up. Quote arrived promptly and was very reasonable. The fitter, James, was also very helpful and gave loads of good advice. Windows and doors fitted as planned. No mess left behind. Very satisfied throughout the process and would recommend this company.

Excellent comms from beginning to end and a friendly, professional and quality job by James' and team. I have no hesitation in recommending Secura. Thank you guys!

I cannot fault Secura Windows, they were very professional, incredibly technically competent, everything was done when they said they would and the window looks great. This was a difficult install on a second floor and they made it look easy, and for a fair price. Everyone, from sales to the installers was pleasant and helpful, with great attention to detail. I work in construction and I wish this was the standard with all contractors.

Thanks to all at Secura windows for a great job.
The guys who fitted the windows were great very neat and did a really good job. The weather wasn't great when they worked at my house but they made sure everything was protected and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them.
